SHIPPING POLICY

Sample orders will be sent via USPS at a flat rate of $6.
All other orders will be shipped via major carrier and will vary based on rate and location.
Customers will see their shipping rates displayed at checkout.

International Orders

We can ship internationally, but please allow additional time for handling. CannGoods is not responsible for orders held at international customs at the country of destination.

RETURNS POLICY

If you’re not completely satisfied with your CannGoods products, we’d like to hear from you.
If products are unopened and in original saleable condition, you may return them for a full refund of the sale price within 30 days of order. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of returned product being received by CGE5,Inc. The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of the return.
If products are opened or used, partial refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
